Forgot to document my weigh in this morning

After the weekend, I always dread stepping on the scale.  This morning was no different.  I was in a hurry, typical Monday morning,  so I jumped right on to see what it had to tell me... 245.4 pounds.  Up about a pound and a half from my last weigh in.  It is clear that it hurt me to not get my long run in this weekend.  Typically Lindsey and I have a long run on Saturdays for our 1/2 marathon training, but due to other commitments we were unable to fit it in this weekend.

Nothing to get down about, I'm still down 10.4 pounds on day 6!  Bring on the next 18 days!  I'm going to do it, I'm going to smash my goals!
